  1. Food poisoning may last 1 to 2 days depending on its severity.  From personal experience the routine was to flush the system of toxins.  Using Gatoraid works well because it also adds four B vitamins and three antioxidants (A, C, and E).  Meaning it will allow your boyfriend to have a little more energy than just using water.  And to settle the upset stomach feeling take a glass of Ginger Ale and stir the heck out of it till no bubbles appear.  Results may vary, but understand that it may take him upwards of a week to feel almost back to normal.

  2. some good ol' fashion lovin

  3. Yeah, get him checked out by a doctor. Yahoo Answers isn't a really great place to get medical advice. Theres just too many things that can go wrong.

After the doctor's visit, the best thing you can give him is a clear path to the bathroom.

  4. If it is just stomach pain, than it is most likely not related to the wings. If accompanied by vomiting and/or diarrhea, make sure he gets plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. Sports drinks with electrolytes are best.

Keep foods light and simple like brothy soups and jello and eventually it should pass.

  5. 2 days might be serious, i would take him to the hospital.

real basic food poisoning is gernerally only a 1-day thing, any more could be serious.

  6. laxaitve empty his system and he should be fine lol

  7. Getting food poisoning from a Dominos seems pretty unlikely especially wings, but the main thing is to have him drink plenty of fluids.

Food poisoning usually involves throwing up and diarrhea.  If he has either of those symptoms and it's lasted more than a few hours, then it's food poisoning and the Health Dept should be called to report it and everything he ate in the 48 hours before the symptoms started.  It could more likely be from the BBQ sauce than from the wings if they do not refridgerate it.
