  1. Say good bye to your boyfriend.  Time in jail, a lot of times depends on the judge.  You didn't say if your b/f stole the guns.  That would also have a play into how much time he gets.  He'll call when they let him call.  I wouldn't wait by the phone....nor would I wait for him to get out of jail.  If he's almost 26 and doesn't have the brains not to do something like that, he'll probably end up in jail again later.  Whatever you choose....good luck.

  2. How old are you?

Are you really looking forward to sitting in the house waiting for a con who is locked up to call you?

Not to mention depending on your age the trips to the jail and going through searches etc.

Oh and do not forget to send him money for his account.

I also wonder your age because well No offense but he has no called you so obviously You are not the one that is able to help him most money wise etc

when someone goes to jail they call the person with the ability to help most be that bail money lawyer  fees or loved ones who know their business and know how to carry that business

Since you have not been contacted that leads me to believe that you are rather young and likely Not the umm no offense the main person in his life.

I mean no harm but been through this type of stuff and well frankly it is not worth it

  3. Stay away from him!

  4. aww my poor bestie dont worry hes gonna call

  5. 5 years.  Depending on the age and circumstance and if he has a criminal record, it may be less or more.  Keep your chin up, honey!

  6. I'm guessing he'll do about 5 years in the Do Right Motel.

  7. well it all depends if he was selling stolen uzis to convected felons a long time if he sold a glock he bought to a friend of his over the age of 21 he'll pay a fine

  8. It may be a felony, in which case he will serve five years.

He isn't going to call.  He doesn't have a phone.  He's in jail.

And you can do far, far better than someone like him, but you already know that, don't you?

  9. Depends on a lot of things. If he was selling them out of his garage and they are illegal, 5. If they are weapons belonging to restricted classes, such as silenced, sawed off, etc., he could do 15. If they are found to be stolen he may face more time. If they are legal and he just didn't get his business license, probation.
