My boyfriend has 3 red spots an inch and 1/2 away from his nipple???

they have been there for weeks. we have no idea what they are. but i saw a question like this and it said it could be cancer..what do you think this sounds like????

if they are small then its prob nothing. i get them all the time if its the same thing i get.

It could be, It has something to do with brest cancer believe it or not men can get it too. You would always have to check your b*****s for a lump. I really doubt it though.
