My boyfriend has a huge pain someone help?

Hello, my boyfriend all of a sudden got a huge lower abdominal stomach ache. he has been monning and groinning for the last 10 minutes. He just had breakfast, so i am wondering if it might be food poisoning. He has no insurance. Also i wanted to say that the had a metal rod go into his stomach, roughly around the same area, about a month ago and it healed all up no scare but it is still red and he was telling me the other day that it was hurting. i am kind of wondering if that might hae something to do with that.

omg! he has to to go to an urgent care center or ER, ASAP. it's faster to go to the urgent care center if you can find one.

Wow, so many different possibilities.  All of which are potentially life threatening.  Infection, sepsis, appendicitis...your friend needs to go to the ER now.

probably infection from the metal rod.  he needs to go to the ER and get it taken care of.  they still need to treat him.  he'll have to suck it up and go, like he should have done a month ago.
