prison time. He has a meth charge but it was a only little bit of resadue, burgarly, grand theif, and dealing in stolen property. With all of his credit he would only have to do 3 and a half months, do you think tomorrow at court they will offer probation with a suspended sentence since he would only have to be doing the 3 months? Would they still send him to prison or would he be kept in the jail?

  1. find another boyfriend, one with a better lifestyle

  2. “….only little bit of resadue, burgarly, grand theif, and dealing in stolen property.”

That pretty much says it all.

  3. Tell him to take the deal. That will give you plenty of time to separate yourself from this loser. I like that...."only a little bit of residue". Good thing he did a good job of using as much as possible..to hide the evidence of course.  Run Girl Run. Run like the wind, because he will only bring you down with him.

  4. Sounds like the offer is quite a deal. He should do his time, and try to seek some help to turn his life around.

  5. i am always amazed at women who find this type of man responsible, trustworthy, compassionate, healthy,  and loving....

  6. I would say your boyfriend is being offered a gift from the prosecutor.  He is charged with 4 felonies and should be doing about 10 years.  You should be hoping that he takes the 3 1/2 months and is able to kick the meth habit while inside.  Hopefully, he can get straight when he gets out.

  7. He needs to be locked up for longer than 15 months, and you need a boyfriend who isn't a loser.

  8. darling, if i were in your position, i wouldnt be concerned about when he was getting out, i would be concerned with moving on with my life.  meth is meth, run the other way.  those are some pretty heavy charges.

he sounds like a loser, and i know hes your loser, but come on.

as for where hes going, hes headed to the pen sweets.  big scary prison.

  9. Personally with the stolen property charge, I think he should be shot. It just depends on where he is. I hope it is somewhere where they lock him up for 3 or more years.

The bottom line is, it just depends on where he is being charged. You need specifics.

  10. Well......I figure you probably have at least 2 kids with him..and one other with some random guy...(makes sense if you dig losers like this).......oh wait...I dont care......lock the door and throw away the key.

  11. I don't know.... but I have to say, why are you with him?  He sounds like trouble and will drag you down with him.  Don't you want better for yourself, for your future?

It sounds like he has a lot of charges (that you be a red flag to you!) and that doesn't look good for his chances on geting off.  Oh well.... I knwo you won't listen to anyone here, so good luck to you.

  12. Why worry?  he'll just do some more crime and get a lot more time, so it's not going to make much difference.

Don't pay attention to those others saying to dump the bf. You obviously lack any sort of pride or self esteem. Hey, it's who you are.

  13. Gee, only three felony's. Sounds like a wonderful guy. Kiss him good bye.

  14. He probably will have to serve the time. Howevere, if he can get a deal with no probation take it. Being on probation is designed to have the person fail and go to jail. No probation even with jail tme is a good deal-take it.

  15. your boyfriend is a LOSER.  and a waste of space on this earth.  they should throw him to the bottom of the ocean and leave him there.  Loose the boyfriend before its too late- save yourself from that trash.

  16. I'd first like to know why you're even with such a pathetic lowlife to begin with. What the h**l is wrong with your self-esteem? Drop the loser and let him stay in jail where he belongs.

  17. White trash sounds to me.
