  1. Okay.  So you spawned two children with this criminal illegal and NOW you are scared he is going to be deported?  If they take taxes out, he must have stolen someone's ID.  You certainly need to get your morals straight to pass on to your children.  Committing criminal acts is just not good.

Just move to Mexico with him and live happily ever after.

If caught, and it is a matter of time, he will be deported and banned from entering the U. S. of A. for ten years....

  2. Americans who aren't lazy would do those jobs.  For every "lazy" American who wouldn't do the work, there are at least two that would if they knew where the work was. And in most cases, for the same pay.    Tell your boyfriend to get the H out of here. You have bought into the patently false line  the Mexican government hopes you will buy into because they don't want your boyfriend either.   We don't want to waste our time and money paying at least $15,000 annually to try to educate your kids who are statistically most likely to drop out by the tenth grade and be a burden to the taxpayers for most of their adult lives.  Not to mention paying for your family's medicaid,  TANF, accidents as  uninsured motorists, the bill for his incarceration for several years of his adult life at $30,000 per year, plus much more than that for the crimes he'll be committing that don't result in prison time.  All of the above are statistically more likely to happen than not.   I know, I know, he is different than those Mexicans.     BS.  Only If he entered legally meaning he was screened by DHS or maybe INS for education, skills, experience, finances, relationships and other factors  is he different.  Trespassing  Mexicans  KNOW they would NEVER be allowed in legally due to their lack of these factors which tend to keep people from becoming a ward of the state.

  3. Marriage will not protect him,he will be deported and rightly so. You should have thought about all of the consequences before you selfishly created children with a criminal.

P.S. Illegal mexicans are able to take American jobs because greedy business people can pay them practically nothing. There is absolutely no job an American wont do,that's propaganda people like you keep telling themselves so you don't have to face the reality of just how messed up your views and morals are.

  4. Get married in Mexico first, and then you file the papers to get your husband citizenship, or at least some kind of visa, over here. It's  better to file papers in a non border state where the courts aren't as flooded with immigrants paperwork. People get denied in Florida and Texas all the time, even if the are married because there're so many fake marriages for citizenship.

  5. well look , first at all ignore any negative response from people who have nothing better to do than to be talking negative stuff about every undocumented as if they weren't even people . now please contact an immigration lawyer so than he advices u about the best thing u can do to help him fix his status and rely only in his answer , anyways  i gonna tell u this from what i know : the fact than u and him are not married is not a good thing at all as far as i know , so if i was u i would get married as soon as possible since in case of getting caught that would be taken into account but would not be taken into account if u two aren't married at all ... by the way the how does he pays taxes question is getting old , EVERYONE knows they pay taxes , do not worry about explaining anything to people who do not want to understand or are not capable of doing so .

  6. WOW !  I thought you had to have a SS# to pay taxes?.!...

Who is he paying them to?.   Is his employer aware of his illegal status?....I doubt it.    Go back to Mexico with him and take the two illegitimate kids with you.  We don't want him here if he is illegal.  He is already a criminal, why would you sleep with a criminal, and then worry about the consequences?  You must be very young and easily influenced.   The whole family needs to go to Mexico, oh yeah, you might even get along with his wife and kids back there.

  7. He pays his taxes and everything? So hes supporting you and the babies? WOW,hows that possible, I mean I was told illegals only do jobs Americans wont do? Anyway you can no longer become a citizen just by getting married.

  8. You should look into finding an immigration lawyer. It may cost some money, but it would be better for him to be here legal, than for him to be caught in a raid and deported.

  9. Go to mexico, get married there (if he doesnt already have a wife there--many do), and then live there.  If he can enter the US legally from there, then have at it.

But I gotta ask:  How is he paying taxes--using a ITIN or someone else's stolen identity?

How on earth is it that you had 2 babies with an illegal alien, and NOW you are worried about deportation and him not being around for the kids?

Do you think that maybe you shouldnt have procreated with a known illegal alien criminal?

  10. Couldn't' find a law abiding person to love you have babies with eh.

    that must suck.

  11. I have to agree with the other poster who stated " they dont pay taxes" IS getting OLD.  This only goes to show that most people dont know or understand how that process works. NO it doesnt mean they have a fake SS number.  YA is the worse place to come to ask questions about immigration because a majority of people on here dont know what they are talking about due to lack of experience in that area.

I have been in the same situation as you.  First off when I meet my BF I didnt know he was undocumented.  It wasnt until much later that I found out. Yes he spoke English so I had no reason not to think otherwise and YES I had 2 children with him as well.

The best thing to do is get a immigration lawyer. Yes he can stay in the US with the help of a lawyer. It is a timely process and costs lots of money. Getting married will not prevent him from being deported if caught BUT getting married may help him also that is where you need a lawyer.  Its hard to explain. We have spent time with a lawyer and YES getting married may help.  It all really depends on what is going on. How long has been in US the longer the better,  Kids, and a job can all help as well.

    Good Luck to you

  12. Be very glad you're on a computer, missy!  LAZY AMERICANS?????  I'd step very lightly if I were you.  Plenty of responsible good ol' Americans on this forum who would love to make your acquaintance.  You speak very ignorantly  for being so "responsible".  Talk to us in 2 years when you're a single mother struggling.

HELLO......if he's illegal how is he paying taxes?  Who is he paying taxes to??  And I don't give a d**n if he doesn't get his money back.....he's not here legally so not supposed to be here.  WHAT PART OF THAT ARE YOU SLOW IN UNDERSTANDING???

IMMIGRATION - NATURALIZATION - take the steps just like everyone else and become a citizen of the US otherwise he needs to be deported.  What's the matter with you?  Don't you pay attention to what's going on in the news and in the US about illegal immigration?  He is NOT legal and he's NOT paying taxes and you knew all of this before you laid downt o have babies with this man.

If you were adult and responsible enough to have babies, then be adult and responsible about this and do the right thing.  He needs to become a citizen the proper way and that does not include running across the border at 2:30am with the feds on his heels.

  13. Go to Mexico to live then if you hate Americans so much. Good riddance to you!!

  14. if you marry him in mexico or here it will make no difference. i think it's better to marry him here. once you start filing paperwork to get him a green card they will tell you he has to go back to mexico. you will have to file another form to pardon the ban for him being here illegally. he may be in mexico for about 2 years waiting.

  15. marryhim in mexico and then bring him back to america

  16. Move to Mexico and marry him.
