I think that it is a pretty name, and uncommon as well. I like the Rayne spelling, makes it more unique.

I really don't like this name my neice named her daughter Raine and every body ask what did you say was the name  then they say spell it.

I actually used to go by the name Raine. Although my name is Kelsey. Back in school, everyone used to call me by my middle name cause they thought it was funny (I adore my middle name so it didnt bother me) but eventually my middle name (Lorraine) dropped the "Lor" and people just started calling me Raine. I was then being refered to as Kella Raine. Which sounded cool to me. So basically.. moral of the story is Raine is cute and  you could even just used the name Lorraine and shorten it to Raine. I think Raine is very hippy-like. Which is why I suggest Lorraine so if she were to start feeling she didnt like it or started getting made fun of she has a full name to back her up.

If you ask me. Brianna Mckay is my favorite :). Its just so cute and feminine. Definitely consider this one.. a LOT!
