My boyfriend is graduating with an Associates Degree in Engineering Science. What career can he get into?

He initially wanted to get his Bachelor's but needs to stop right now for a while to work. What can he do with just an Associates in this field? I've looked online but only see what's available for Bachelor's Degree graduates. Any answers would be helpful. Thanks.
