I think you should move on. I know it's hard, but the best thing to do is to forget about him. Revenge never solves anything. It just starts a war.

grow up and move on.  revenge is childish and futile.  anything you do will look like sour grapes, which is what it is.  begging is ridiculous.  surely you have more pride than that.  even if you were wrong and did something totally stupid, if he can't even talk about it, why do you want him.  but talking and apologizing is a far cry from begging.

Take a little time to step back from your life and see both sides.  There isn't a compelling reason to "get revenge" so let that matter drop.  

Work on developing the two things every guy is looking for in a partner, self-confidence and a smile, and when the time is right, you will find someone else.  Just make sure that your future relationship isn't jeopardizing those two things and all will work out fine for you.
