My boyfriend just got a job hollister and is confused about his discount?

he just got a job at hollister, and his manager is SUPER laid back and a really cool guy. but, when he explained everything with the discount cards, my boyfriend got it mixed up.

he said that he asked a girl that already works there, and she said 90% off the first two weeks, and 50% off after that.

is that right? he's confused haha. like i said, his manager is really laid back, and doesn't really care about what they do...if that has anything to do with the amount of discount they get.

you get 50% two pre-determined outfits the first week you're hired starting the day you get your card, after that you get 20% off all non-clearance items until they switch seasons and release new clothes where he gets 50% off again for those new clothes
