My boyfriend just turned 21?

So my boyfriend just turned 21 last week and he has went out to the bar every single night. I am not 21 yet, so I can't drink with him.

How do I tell him that I feel kind of left out, without sounding bitchy and crazy?

I don't mind that he goes out with his friends, but he is spending so much of our money, when we need that to pay for bills and such.

well if it was only for a week i dont see the problem he just turned 21 and is finaly legal but if he does it all the time tell him that he cant spend all of the money on bars just cuz he's 21
