Yes, he will get them.  Be sure to send him contraband as well.  Drill Sergeants love contraband!

Only if you spell the address better than your question. There is mail call on most nights so yeah he'll get them. It may take a bit longer than but he'll get them

I would recommend not sending anything in the two weeks before he graduates becuase he will get them right before he leaves or not get them at all.
