My boyfriend lost his keys and his car is stuck in a wawa parking lot. is there a way for us to get a new key?

Call a locksmith.

He might have to show proof of ownership such as a title and state issued id, but the locksmith can order and make the keys.  I think he can also program them too.  If not, I think the dealership can order them from the VIN number.

I was told that my Toyota requires at least the master (vs. the valet) key to program others and if not they would have to replace the on-board security computer.  I am not sure if that is the case with yours.

you can call the dealer that he bought the car from. They will have the key on file and send a locksmith over with a new key. Or you could just call a locksmith. They will ussually ask you the model make and vin # of your car, try calling AAA

A wawa parking lot?

There is a small possibility that the vehicle dealer might have the key code on record and you can have a key cut to that code by any locksmith.  You just may need the VIN (vehicle idnetification number) of the car.  This should be visible through the windshield on the driver's side near the lower corner.  Hopefully, there are no papers covering the number.  

The VIN will be a 17-digit number; so make sure that you get all 17.

And he should give you a spare key too.  It seems as though you are quite useful to him.

you can call a lock smith and they will come to the car and make a new key or you can go to the dealer ship and get one the dealer will charge you a hole lot less then the lock smith good luck with that
