My boyfriend and I live in Florida and he is moving to California. We have been dating for 3 years and I love him so much. He asked me to go with him, and I want to, but I heard that it is so expensive there. I am a teller manager for a bank down here, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what is the average pay for teller manager in California? Please help me. I don't know any other way of finding out. My boyfriend wants an answer before he leaves.

According to the website below, I entered Teller Manager, California, and it gave me an average salary of $38,000.

The better question is do you really want to follow a boyfriend across the country. What happens if the relationship ends? Just food for thought.

They are very low paying jobs. Without knowing both your present lifestyle and where in CA you will be living it is hard to determine if you will maintain it.

If you want to move with him do it. Money isnt everthing.

Yes California is more expensive but the pay rates also mirror the price increase. So just because something cost's a little more you should expect to be brigning in more money

Also its better not to live directly in the major city, but maybe a half hour away or even in another county where you are less likely to be wounded by the high prices

Just follow you heart and let the rest fall into place

monster.com has a salary calculator for different positions in specific states, so look up "bank teller" in california.

I took the liberty of doing it for you, although I did not know what part of california you would be moving to. You can change that if I got it wrong. I just put orange county. Salaries do vary depending on what part of california you will be in.
