  1. Yes, you should, even if you love him and think he's an awesome boyfriend that would show that he doesn't really respect you. It's also illegal so he must not respect the law either. I think you should press charges because it is a wrong thing to do.

  2. Ok all i read is your first question...and my answer is...YES

  3. you should,,,,plus the longer you leave it,,,the harder it's going to be for people to believe you,,,

  4. GOD!!!!!!!!! OF COURSE YOU SHOULD! RESPECT YOURSELF. HAVE SOME DIGNITY!!!!!!

  5. It depends.  Is he a lib or a con?

Everything revolves around that, ya know?

  6. Yes, take this right to the police.  Face it, babe, the pathetic b*****d only wants you for s*x.  Why else would he RAPE you?  Don't be stupid about this, or you'll end up falling deeper than you already are.  Report that sorry a*****e right away.  Another thing, please... keep the kid, or put him/her up for adoption.

  7. An awesome boyfriend respects you and what you say. If you said No,and he did it anyway, then he raped you. No means No. You don't have to fight him off or try to run away for it not to be rape. Your body belongs to you100% of the time.

Press charges on this guy so you can get him out of your life.

  8. Yes you should

  9. h**l YEAH YOU SHOULD HE invaded your space...

  10. Well, Do you regret it? Did he force you? After you said NO did he hold you down and force him in you?

If your answers are: No, No, No, Then thats your answer

If your answers are: Yes, No, No, Then take the average NO

If your answers are Yes, Yes, Yes, Again thats your answer.

  11. if you said no, then it is considered rape, so i would say go for it.

  12. You know the answer in your heart, there is never a time when a man can take you against your will, no matter what goes before, the s*x urge isnt a reason to assault someone, especially someone who trusts you. And by the way do you think you will be the only one he treats like this if you say nothing?

speak out for all the others love.

  13. First - I was raped too as a teenager and became pregnant too.  So I KNOW what you are going through.  But, you need to ask these questions.  Is your boyfriend a teenager, or an adult?  Is he is a risk to the community?  Are you ready to destroy his & his family's life forever?  Once you press charges, he will be labeled a "child s*x offender", which means that after his jail time, he will be listed as a child rapists on the public websites.  He will not be allowed to travel out of state.  He will not be allowed to live or work anywhere near a school, church, daycare center, or park.  Most likely, his whole family will have to sell their house and move to comply with the laws and escape local vigilantes. If he grows up and decides to have a  family, or chooses to support the child you are having, it will be against the law for him to pick your child up from daycare, push a stroller around the playground, attend school plays, ballet recitals, or soccer games.  It will be very difficult for him to get a decent job to pay your child support. It will be against the law for him to go to a Christmas dinner or birthday party if children attend - even his own cousins.  The punishment goes on and on.  Of course, rape is a grave crime.  And only you were there when it happened.  Is this what he deserves? What other choices can you make?

  14. You are 15 years old and you have been having intercourse with this guy all along.  Lots of luck.  What you can do is press charges and it will be a very serious case of rape because you are not of age to have s*x.  Your boy friend will be sent to prison if the case can be proven as rape.

  15. Wow, you're pregnant and you didn't press charges are you stupid?

  16. you have 2 choices

choice #1 is if he raped you, press charges

choice #2 is become a victim for the rest of your life, and reacting as a victim in every decision you make and showing your child how to become a victim ...i doubt i need to go much farther

  17. yes press charges and make him pay child support

  18. Did you yell, scream, kick to get away?  Did he make you feel if you tried to run then he would hurt you? If not, then it's not rape.  That's not fair to claim rape and ruin a guys life because you said no.  Unless he physically FORCED you (which you didn't mention force in your question) then you need to own up to your mistake of being weak and allowing the sitituation to go further.  I know I'll get tons of thumbs down from all the women's rights activists, but it's ok.

  19. do u know how?

    no your fault

    silly girl

  20. Yes, this boy needs to be locked up.

    Press em'.

  21. if your 15 then the state will press charges on him stach will nail him....
