  1. Apply for a visa...

    Get married.

  2. It all depends on the closeness and length of your relationship. If you have been living together or have had an on-going relationship for some time (and can prove it exhaustively) AND intend marrying within 6 months of arrival, you may qualify for a fiance visa. If you're not in a skilled occupation needed in Australia, about the only thing you could do is apply for a 12 month working holiday visa if you're aged between 18 and 30 and hope that things (rules or relationship) change within the 12 months. Other WH requirements depend on where you're from.

If you decide to marry before he comes back, you will still need to prove that yours is not a marriage that has been contrived to obtain residency for you.

  3. You might qualify for the working holiday program, which is available to people under the age of 30 from certain countries. On this visa you may work and holiday for a specific length of time, regardless if you're having a relationship with an Australian.

While you're here you can then apply for other types of visas depending on whether you have skills in high demand in Australia, are sponsored by a firm, or your relationship with your boyfriend advanced to marriage.

  4. it seems to me liek you are unsure if u want to live wiht him, either that or there are money problems involved

if u are unsure if u want to live with him, maybe this is not a good idea that you leave wiht him, and if it is money problems, then he cannot afford to leave either, make sure he is definate on moving back before he blows everything.

  5. I helped my bf with his immigration. You have to have been in a relationship for one year and able t prove it. You need to have a lease together for example. The lease is a big thing.

Otherwise if you can't do it that way and are under 31 you can get a one year working visa (and during this time live with him, get a lease, joint bank account etc).

Or he could go back and you could show that you are in a relationship by maintaining contact, phone calls (keep your phone bills).

It is not that hard, good luck!
