My boyfriends got bit by another man during an altercation... what can happen? what should we do?

He got involved in an altercation and the other person bit him on the wrist. It did pierce the skin, though not significantly. This was last night... should we go to the Dr.? Only emergency rooms are open today (it's Saturday)... should we wait until Monday????

If it were me I would have my boyfriend go to the doctors just to make sure he is okay.
