Question:

My brand new UK bought 80GB Ipod is totally unresponsive after plugging it into charge with a US charger?

Does anyone know why this might be? It went super super hot all over for about 10mins after I unplugged it and ever since I plugged it in the screen is totally blank, all the resetting, reformatting methods do nothing.

  1. They have different wattage use. You could seriously s***w up your ipod. You need a converter!  


  2. The UK, and most of the rest of the world uses 240 volt current.  The USA uses 110 volt!  Without a converter, you more than likely fried your ipod.
