My bro let my cat outside 3 days after she had kittens!!!

My cat had kittens 3 days ago && my brother let her outside about 20 minutes ago...she usuallly is in the feild next to our house,but she is in way too far for us to see.She usually comes back,but I am afriad she won't this time...what should I do?Wait && see if she comes back by morning or should I go out && look for her?

Don't worry, she'll be back. She just needed some space...must be really traumatic not having babies one day and then have a meowing brood the next day!  She's just relaxing and taking a little time off. She will be back before morning!

I'd be out there looking for her. You don't need her to get pregnant again. She's real fertile now and get pregnant right away. Go out and find her.

My guess is she will back- her mothering need will kick in

However I'd be careful not to let her out, she may move the kittens outside if given a chance
