It is a derogatory term meant to be used for women and sissy men. It goes back hundreds of years in use. So if your brother got this as a text then the sender was using it as an attack on his manhood.He must of said or did something a girl would have done.The term Wench is not to be used lightly, it is intended to hurt feelings.
