My brother's wife had her last pregnancy in 2004.after that she had put on alot of weight.?

now she wants to lose atleast 15 kg of her weight within around 4 months.so will it be possible for her to lose her wieght.Her blood group is B-positive and is a non-vegeterian.her last delievery was normal.

after my mum had my youngest sister, she looked as if she was still pregnant (2 months perhaps). what my mum did was she exercised a lot and she ate a healthy diet. i don't know if it is possible to lose 15kg in 4 months. i hope this helped alot.

Target of loosing  15kg of weight in 4 months is on higher side, though it is possible to lose such weight but it will not be permanent and she will regain the weight  very fast.Best solution is Change in lifestyle, eating habits, and some exercises/ yoga are the best way to lose weight. First of all she should do ten sun solutions and there after lye down on floor or hard bed and make zero by rotating her both the legs in clock wise and anti-clockwise direction and do Urdhvahastottanasana Ek Pad Utanasana and Pawan mukta asanas. Stop taking junk and spicy food, deep-fry food, processes food, ice cream, high fat diets chocolates, sweets, wafers and high carbohydrate food like potatoes, rice and pasta as these items lose nutrition balance and causes deposition of excess fat on body. Eating too much than the required amount of dietary intake may also cause obesity. I f she does not know to do the asanas she can take the help of ebooks for other system for loosing weight and diet supplements.

It's not healthy to lose more than 2 - 4 kg / month, unless she is severly obese.  It would help us if we knew how tall she was and how much she weighed.  If she's very obese, then she could probably lose 15 kg in 4 months, if she cut back on her eating and did a lot of exercise.  However, ideally it would be best to aim for 8 - 12 kg loss in 4 months.  She is more likely to keep the weight off then.  If you lose weight too quickly, your body is more likely to try and put it on again quickly.

Her blood-type doesn't matter and it doesn't matter that she was pregnant in 2004.  However, if she cut some meat out of her diet, that is a great way to cut calories and fat!
