My brother and I have a Bully Problem?

My brother was out playing with his friend, who hangs out with this bully in my school. The bully is 13 years old and my brother is 9. Yesterday the bully made fun of my brother, making him cry. Im 13 and i ride the bullies bus, and i want to call him out on it, but he has a history of hitting, plus hes twice my size. He also has 2-3 friends to back him up if anythign happens. This guy has also been spreading rumors about me to my brother and the school. I want to put a stop to it, but im kind of afraid. Please help me, what do i do?

Time to go to an adult. Most schools have anti-bullying policies now, only the teachers and principals can't do anything about the problems with bullies without KNOWING there is a problem.

So, go to mom and dad.. talk to them, You and your brother have a right to go to school, without being hassled. Ask mom or dad to go with you tomorrow to the principals office for a sit down, and explain what you've told us. Don't let this continue a day longer. As it could and can only get worse.

Looks like this bully has some issues.  I would probably do the best thing, tell an adult. (Parents, teachers, administrator...)  Dont take it into your own hands, it'll probably make the situation worse.
