My brother got a good job in hitec park in hydrabad but they are not allowing to join the company because of?

non submission of relieving letter from the first company he had worked.what should he do to get that job.

First ask the company for one. If they dont which they have tooo...Catch someone in the previous company, get a letterhead and put a dummy signature and get it.

You brother has to follow step by step, briefly detailed below;

1.     Make a request application for extension to join, with the

employer (NEW) and obtain the extension.

2.     Make a request application for release of Service Certificate and relieving letter, with previous employer and obtain. Same can not be denied, until and unless he has not performed any part of the contract with them, or some assignment is pending.

3.     He should amicably, settle the differences with them.

Any other technique may put him and the family in difficulty.

You have  new joining company offer letter ?

what are the documents requested you  to submit on joining date  ?

if now they are asking you , take one week time to submit your reliving letter (submit request letter)

if you dont have good relation with pervious employer,request new company HR dept person make sure that it will not create problem in feature
