My brother got cut on his leg with a weed whacker?

we put neosporin on it but it keeps bleeding and it is swelling there are three gashes, what should we do bandage it up or go to the hospital and get it checked from the doctor

I would highly recommend going to the doctor or emergency room.  He was cut with weed wacker which probably was quite dirty.  Besides needing stitches he may need antibiotics.

go to the hospital! if it is still bleeding profusely, it might need stitches! go right now. if no one can drive, i guess you have to call an ambulance. or if you cant go, you need to call your doctor and ask them. hope it gets better soon! :)
