My brother graduated from USC's (Southern California) film school.?

I really want to go to USC for Music Industry. I know I have to be a stand out student with great grades, SAT's, extracurriculars to get in, but my question is: Does having an older brother as a USC alumni help my chances of getting admitted?

  1. It depends on how well his connections are, but it certainly does not hurt you chances.


  2. most definitely, that school is known for its dynasty, there is a very high percentage of people who get into that school because they have family members who are alumnis over there or are currently go there, u have a high percentage now of attending that school, but make sure u do ur best on ur grades, SAT'S and extracurriculars to make sure ur in
