My brother had s*x with my best friend and she's only 16?

My brother is 22 and my best friend is 16 (technically it's legal in our state). He also had a girlfriend. My friend is very shy. She's never even had a boyfriend. I feel completely P.O.ed at my brother. To put it bluntly, my best friend is not in great mental health because she's got big time family problems (she's staying with my family because of it). My friend is way broken up over everything that's going on. What should I do? Help.

Like the first answer, it is her buisness. But if she needs a friend, you should be there for her. Try to get her out, make her laugh and see the happy side of life. Big time family probs, yikes. She needs some laughter. Take her to a funny movie, or go bowling or something. Just keep her happy. (not that its your job, but you know what i mean.)

Above all, be there to love and support her.

was she raped by your brother?  If so,they both need help and fast.  Also, did they use any protection as a baby will not help the situation.  Let your brother know that he is sick and the next time you will let his girlfriend know about his actions.  He needs to leave this girl alone so she can sort out the problems that brought her to your house in the first place.

your brother COMPLETELY took advantage of yoru friend and that is NOT OK!!!  

She's having a really hard time and that just makes it worse.  She's old enough to have s*x, as long as she's doing it for the right reason.  not just to prove that she's lovable or wanted.  take her to a planned parenthood.  they can make sure that she's not pregnant as well as test her for STD's.  they will also talk to her about making healthy sexual decisions.  a counselor would be a GREAT option as well.  school will be starting soon and maybe you guys have a good couselor she could talk to.  that would help a bunch.  being able to talk to an objective third party without feeling like you're gonna be judged really helps you to open up and understand yourself better (i know from personal experience).  she's probably feeling a lot of guilt and self-loathing for sleeping with him.  do NOT get mad at her or be judgemental about it.  she needs to understand that this does not make her a bad person.  i know when i lost my v-card i was totally guillty and unhappy because i didn't really want to lose it.  so just be as supportive as possible and get her to counseling! that is the best thing for her right now.  and remind her that everything she tells a counselor is completely private and will never be repeated.  cuz it's really nice to know that.  

as far as yoru brother is concerned, i'd tell to keep it in his pants around your friend.  you can always tell your parents he's taking advantage of her under their roof.  parents get touchy about that stuff =)and i'm sure yoru bro wouldn't want to be cut off from them.

Wow this is a very difficult situation. You need to sit down with your brother and explain that this is not the time to be sexually involved with your best friend. Tell him you love him but your not going to let it slide next time. Be there for your friend as much as you can. Maybe you can help her get into therapy. But definately dont go around telling family what your bro did. You dont want to trash his name.

ok if its legal in your state then your bro can't get in any trouble...but his morals are way out of line...and he should not take advantage of your best friend in her state of mind...first you should be there for your friend...but really it was her descision to do it...even if it was a bad one...i mean basically like you should be there for your friend no matter what...and your brother is an idiot for cheating on his girlfriend and doing that with your best friend...no offense
