My brother has Aspergers and ADHD and wants to learn how to drive.?

Hi my little brother has Aspergers and ADHD hes struggles sticking at jobs because of it and a family friend has giving him a job hes loves working for an ambulance crew hes 17 at the moment the only problem is the work is on saturdays and sundays and transport is an issue he wants to learn how to drive but we dont have the money nore does he is there a way of funding his driving lessons because of his disabilities. It takes him a while to learn things also so driving might be a harder task for him any imformation would be deeply appreciated thanks.

    they assist with many aspects of working-

    from transportation to locating and trianing for a job...

  3. I have aspergers and never had any difficulty driving.  The only problem I have is crowded and jammed traffic.  I don't like the feeling of being trapped like that.  Take him out of some country roads somewhere and put him in the drivers seat.  See how it goes.

  4. Generally No, I have A.S. but in my experience there is no funding for driving, and many of the schools will not modify there teaching to accomodate try checking out your local agencies that help people with autism but otherwise it is difficult to find funding for Driving
