Can I bill him? I have all his things in storage that I have a key. This was a Long Distance move and took a week.

  1. Tell him to pay up or the stuff in the storage will become trash.

  2. tell him u cant get jack till ya pay me

  3. sue him or just tell him you will tell it to the cops

  4. You can bill him.  You can sue him if it gets bad enough.  Did you have a written or verbal contract?  Did he promise to pay you?  Hold him to his word if he said he would.  Make him keep his "yes" as "yes".

  5. You more or less have the "Ironsmith" claim. You have something you worked on/with, but still haven't been paid. Depending on the laws of your state, you can keep the stuff until he pays you. Then again, did you agree on a price for the service? If you did, you probably can keep the key until he pays you. Talk to you brother/sister, or your spouse, wherever the link is... and try to settle things first casually. That's always the best way. [If not, "misplace" the key... hehehe, not! It was just a joke... but it was funny. - Don't get any ideas].

  6. yea..

  7. Tell him if wants that key, he needs to pay for it.

  8. sue him
