My brother inlaw lost his letter from the department of Homeland Security us citizenship and immigrations?

He is applying form citizenship....this letter was sent to our home stating a date for him to go get fingerprinted....it said to bring the paper with him....we think the paper was thrown away...do you know if he shows up will they still process him?

  1. hi, I don't think they will process his fingerprint.  cos' this letter is for approval his information, the barcode for the fingerprint or another information.  Also if the fingerprint associate doen't get the letter, he cannot find ur brother in law's information at the center.  u are better to call to the USCIS at once.


  2. Execute an affidavit of loss for the letter and use this to apply for a new document about his citizenship and immigration.
