My brother is always fighting with me, why?

I am 17 girl and my brother is 13. Though he has his own room, he always sleeps in my room from childhood. Till last year, he was not a trouble and he was sweet. But for the past few months, he is always fighting with me even for smallest thing. So, Itry to chase him out tohis room, but he some how makes a big mess and again comes to my room and says, he will not move out, because he is sleeping in this room for ever. He never keeps his dresses and books neat. If I comment, I will be finished. He will make my life gone and all my clothes will be out there. Really a trouble maker for the past few months. I dont know how to handle him. Even for my parents he is a trouble maker now. Please advise.
