My brother is crying?

Question

At night i can hear my 15 year old brother crying in is bed.

And sometimes he is brathing werry hard. and i know he is awayk. Becuse last night i went to hes room. and i saa him with his back against me shaking. I tryed to talk to him. Only thing he says is that i cant tell mom that sleeps 2 floors down. What can i do for him. What is wrong

tell your parents - i  know he said not to but he'll thank you for it eventually.

just try to be there for him as much as you can - so him love and support.

I'd say to let him know that you'll be there for him and that youll love him no matter what it is that's bothering him. Tell him he doesnt need to be embarassed and that you want to help him.

Tell him you care and that you are worried about him and that it hurts you to see him hurting because you love him. Explain that you need to know what's happening so you can help him feel better...

Get him to open up, once you know what the problem is, your going to be able to help him. You can judge whether you should tell your mom or not - it might be for the best, even if he might be angry at you at first.

First of all, I don't think he's crying, moaning maybe. At 15, he is in the full throes of puberty & most likely is masturbating. Nothing wrong with that but think how embarrased you would be if someone told your Mom that you were doing that.

sounds like severe depression. something must be troubling him an awful lot. first, you should talk to him, try to find out what's wrong. explain to him that you're worried about him and that you think he should talk to someone. if he refuses, the best thing you can do for him is to tell your parents. something is seriously wrong, and the classic "you can't tell anyone" is a defense mechanism people pull when they're scared. your brother needs help as soon as possible.

I think maybe you should tell your mom anyway,maybe he's very depressed and your mom could get him the help he needs.

I think he is in terrible condition , u might wanna tell ur parents about this ....i think he is deeply depressed ! so i would suggest i guys wanna call some doctors or some specialist for that conditions...inform me after that !
