My brother is getting a job with the gov. in the census Bureau ?

He basically got the job but he smokes pot . He has a medicinal card down is California so it's ligal. Do you think they will drug test him and he won't get the job

medicinal card means nothing to the Census Bureau, he probably will get tested and if every turns up positive, will be fired or put on unpaid leave and ordered to treatment.

medicinal marijuana is legal in ca...

it isn't in the usa.

the dea has been attacking people in ca for years due to this little error.

the census is federal, so they wouldn't care about state drug laws.

so no, he won't get the job if they drug test. my mother worked for the census, but she didn't mention if she was drug tested, cuz it wouldn't matter if she was.

best thing he can do is fake it...drink water, green tea, and cranberry juice. take niacin (it burns like h**l so be careful), or buy a supplement like redy-kleen to clean out.
