My brother is stealing money form the atm from my dads social security number

we all know hes doing it because the bank had a picture of him taking 400 dollars out of the account but my dad says he stole more than jus 400 because my dad iz missing thousands of dollars and we all know hes lying because he bought a whole bunch of expensive new clothes a grill , shoes and alot of tattos and all that stuff isnt cheap and he doesnt have a job and im mad at him for that because thas grimy as *** and he acted like he didnt care that my dad was hurt by what he did and didnt apoligize to my dad ...we all think he should go to jail ..wut yall think

  1. How did you convince the bank to show you their a picture from their security camera?   You can't just go into the bank and ask them to review their surveillance tapes - are the police already investigating this?  If so, then your father has already pressed charges, or your brother is stealing from other people's accounts as well, and they are pressing charges.  


  2. I think that Dad should change the location of his bank (go to a different bank) and open a new account WITHOUT ATM access.

  3. That is a personal decision your father must make.  If a family member is stealing, they are putting their family in financial danger.  It sounds like he is putting your future at risk at a minimum.  

    Tell your father to alert the bank, change every password he has (ATM, on line accounts etc,)  Check his credit cards for abuse.  Check his credit report for unknown transactions.
