Call amazon and ask why you have not got it yet

if the item can be tracked to the post office and it's been like 8 days since the item arrived there, you can call the post office and have them research it for you.  amazon hasn't notified you that the item has shipped, contact amazon.  if the item was shipped UPS, you can call them and have them research it.
