  1. no, but you should be able to call the police department to find out his charges and bond needed if any

  2. You will need to wait until he is booked in the jail and then call the jail. You will only need his name and birth date.

  3. HI- YOUR BROTHER IS ALLOWED ONE PHONE CALL. WHO DID HE CALL ? FIND OUT AND ASK THEM. THAT IS PRIVATE INFORMATION YOU WILL NOT FIND IT ON THE INTERNET.

  4. You can't search for it. Law enforcement authorities do not publish it online. What is published are past histories.

Any state Criminal Record check is in paper form. It's a downloaded pdf, according to what state, filled in and sent out for results.

  5. If he got locked up in Hillsborough County  go to hcso.com and click on arrest inquiry. If not you would have to figure out which county and google it.

  6. Look up docket for the county or state you are in.

  7. Yes, there is a way IF your Sheriff's/ City Police have a website. Start there, then go to Inmate/Jails/Arrests something along those lines. Some Sheriff sites are up to the minute, while others may be a day or days. Then search for the last 24-hour bookings, if appropriate.

If there is not a website, you may have to go in person to local law enforcement to learn their process for acknowledging and informing the public. (don't go if you have a warrant- they can take you, too)

Locked-up or arrested and held in the drunk tank, or arrested/booked/fingerprinted and then let out in 3 days...all of these are possibilities. Without knowing your county/state I cannot be of much assistance.

My thoughts are with you, hang in there. Don't let your brother see you upset...it will make him feel just double-awful and no way to vent it while inside. Hang tough, the legal system is like molasses in winter, with a few rattlesnakes around a corner or two.
