My sister left for boot camp for the marines on July 21st and her graduation is on October 17th.  Typically boot camp for the marines is about 3 months long.  Don't forget to write your brother a lot, letters in boot camp are like presents are to christmas. It really means that much! =)

Yeah, that should be, at least with San Diego.

My boyfriend shipped on the 28th and that's when he was originally going to ship, but he failed his IST so he was placed in the PCP or PTP, whichever it is, so he'll probably graduate in mid-November.

Go to the Marines web site. They have all kinds of info ...rules,reg.,lodgeing ,direction and graduation dates. We attended grad last Oct and this site was very helpful. Hoo Ra

If you don't have contact with your brother (via phone or postal mail) go to the recruiting station he went to and ask them. They should be able to tell you.

13 weeks from the day he left, graduation is always on a friday by the way
