My brother put a blade in bread and ate it. he is in the hospital. they did not perform a removal surgery?

is there a chance it will go away with waste without causing him harm? is there chance he dies from it?

well they have to find out where it is first with x ray and i dout that any human could p**p out a blade.

Put trust in his doctors. They know more about this than we ever will.

They probably want to wait, if they have taken xrays and scans etc and the blade is in a safe place, they may wait to see if it passes through naturally without going through an operation. However, the blade could indeed cut the intestinal walls, but I am sure they are keeping in hospital for this very reason and will do everything to prevent him from receiving any serious injuries. If the blade moves to a dangerous spot or begins to  cut into the intestines or stomach then they will probably operate and will be able to repair any damage. Don't panic yet, if they havent; rushed him into theatre I'm sure he's not in serious trouble.

People can swollow amazing things, from nails to pieces of wire and survive and some even live their whole natural lives without realising what they have in their stomachs.
