My brother "Polypterus senegalus " Gray bichir is very sick please help him.His eye is blur.His entire body is red.There is pox appearing in his entrie scales and it red .

I think he going to die please help him Anyone know of any medication that can help him?

can Sera Cyprinopur cure him?

he sounds like he's suffering from a bad bacterial infection/virus or septicaemia.

these would mainly be caused by bad water quality. ensure the water quality and tank conditions are at optimum, there's no point throwing medication at a sick fish when the water quality/filtration/tank maintenance is all wrong.

once you're sure that is all good you can try anti-bacterial medication and see if that makes any difference. however, it does sound quite advanced and the fish may or may not recover.
