My brother had an affair with my wife (now my "ex"), to REMIND me of their ongoing affair he sent her an email article regarding the importance of an active s*x life for older men. He also sent the same e-mail to my 18 year old daughter!!

Talk about NO MORALS!!

Is this an "illegal" act, to send unsolicited sexual materials via e-mail?

  1. UPDATE:

I just read the e-mail you sent me and I apologize. I misunderstood your question and intentions.

I can't say if it's legal or illegal 100 percent so I'll suggest looking in your phone book and ask a lawyer over the phone. Good luck and keep it legal for all of your sakes.

  2. Nope it is perfectly legal.

  3. Really disturbing but not illegal

  4. To trivial to bother with

    she is 18

prolly knows more about it than he does

    if it really offended her

go punch him in the nose

  5. Sorry, but your other answers are wrong. If he sent it to her unsolicited and without her consent, it can be illegal, regardless of her age. Contact your local magistrate or district attorney and ask for their help.

  6. It's not illegal if both parties are adults. It is rock stupid though. I think your brother needs a good old fashioned butt kicking.

  7. It would only be illegal if she were a minor.

  8. Only if she tells him to stop and he keeps doing it. You could even get a restraining order to keep him from contacting you and any of your family members even via email.

  9. Since she s 18, it's not illegal.

Your daughter can get a restraining order against him--but since she is a legal adult, its her call.

  10. 1.  She is an adult.

    2. An article hardly qualifies and sexually explicit material....p**n is sexually explicit material, not an article about a healthy s*x life.

  11. She was 18 and opened it and read it  She is old enough to report that and it is illegal to send s**t over the internet....but then you guys have all the p**n on there and seem to enjoy it.  So that questions is hard to answer. Ask your Lawyer.

  12. No, it isn't. Your daughter, though it may be hard for you to think of her as such - is an adult.

  13. Since she's 18, it's not illegal as such.  If she tells him to knock it off and he does it again, it's illegal.

  14. Even if she WERE a child, it would still not be illegal. It is an article regarding s*x life, not a .wmv or .avi of hardcore scat bestiality p**n. *rolleyes*
