My brother sent Sexually Explicit Material on the internet to my daughter, is it illegal?

My brother had an affair with my wife (now my "ex"), to REMIND me of their ongoing affair he sent her an email article regarding the importance of an active s*x life for older men. He also sent the same e-mail to my 18 year old daughter!!

Talk about NO MORALS!!

Is this an "illegal" act, to send unsolicited sexual materials via e-mail?

Sorry, but your other answers are wrong. If he sent it to her unsolicited and without her consent, it can be illegal, regardless of her age. Contact your local magistrate or district attorney and ask for their help.
