He needs to sit down with mom and tell her what is going on and that his girlfriend is pg, That is a young age to be a father, and dose her parents know that she is pg? How dose he know she is pg? Mom will be mad, but it is a part of life and it's gonna happen, but he should talked to someone before having s*x cause their will be alot of tension between them.

There is no way to drop this bomb.    Your brother was man enough to have s*x now he needs to be man enough to go to mom and dad and say I screwed up I had s*x at 13 and Now I’m going to be a daddy.

Your parents and this girl parents then need to get together and discuss the options.  

s*x is never a mistake unless someone is forced (raped). Otherwise the parents choice to have s*x which as we all know  is how baby's are made. One could certainly say they made a poor decision on having s*x at that age

Just have him tell the truth. That's it. As hard as it may be for him, your parents might be more understanding and maybe a little more accepting if he tells them everything right away.Try to tell him to put himself in your parent's shoes. If you were your parents would you want your thirteen year old son to show up with his girlfriend and his-suprise!- brand-new-baby at the door one night? Whatever he does, I hope he thinks about it rationally and doesn't make any quick decisions he may regret later.
