My brother used my bank account without my ok, what should I do? ?

My brother lost 650.00 online playing in some bogus casino. he deposited money with something called Ewalletexpress. The money has not cleared my bank but my bank says they cannot stop the money from being taken out becuse it is a ach withdrawel from checking. What if I just take the money out of my bank and let my bank send the withdrawel back to ewalletexpress? I don't want my brother to get in trouble over this so I'm trying to figure it out without that. H etold me he would pay back but he can't right now.

Send him to jail for a couple of days just to teach his butt a lesson...then drop the charges and tell him next time you'll leave him there for good.

Whoever you talked to at the bank does not know what they are talking about.  I work at a bank and just took an ACH class last week.  They CAN stop any pending transaction.  Even if they couldn't, THEY are liable for any unauthorized transaction they allow, unless they can prove YOU allowed it to happen.

That said you MUST file a FRAUD report and NAME your brother.  If you don't you ARE authorizing the withdraw.

Tell your parents or have him jailed. He's gotta learn actions have consequences, especially if they re stupid.
