my brother is only 10 and he is already saying cuss words and acting violent what is wrong and where did he get from?

Monkey sees, monkey does, he probably is getting it from school, movies, or from just about anywhere, nowadays almost anybody cuss, plus you can see violence anywhere too, even in kids movies and shows,

My brother is the exact same way, and the same age too.

Your brother may have ODD, I think.

And do your parents swear? His friends? You? And what TV shows does he watch?

He probably picked it up from someone he knows, or something on television.
