My brother's Ps2 has stopped reading all his PS2...

Question

My brother's PS2 has stopped reading all of his games. We figured that it must have something to do with the lens but we're not sure how to get to the lens. We have cleaning solution, and tried opening the PS2 but we can't get to where we needed to go. After we did that we put it all back together. We plugged it back in but is still not reading any games. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
