My browser won't close!?

when ever i try to close my browser it makes that dinging noise. how do i close it

  1. TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER


  2. press Ctrl + shift + esc , then find the entry in the list for your browser ( firefox, internet explorer, safari, etc.), and click on it.  Once you've clicked that you just hit the end process button and then yes.
