my bt hub phone isnt very clear when talking into it and hearing ppl on the other end aswell

Hi,

At the end of the day the hub phone is a VoiP handset and is using the Internet to work so it has a bit of an echo, it's also challenged but how far away from the Hub the phone is.

Have you tried moving the Hub to else where- well away from thing like microwaves and other sources of radio waves.

All of this should help. I don't agree with others in the comment "their c**p" - they serve their purpose, are better than most ISP's give away router, and preform OK as a 802.11 wireless LAN box.

And most of them are "free" with the service.
