It almost looks like it's filled with milk. He seems to be acting fine. Any ideas what is wrong?

  1. Probably popeye. Is is a bubble eye? Those are pretty rare...If it isn't, it is a moor or celestial probably because they actually have bubble for eyes as opposed to the bubble eye.

Anyway. Freshwater fish, probably a negative gram bacterial infection. Go with Maracyn Two, which is specially made for negative gram bacteria. I've used it before with great results. Just follow dosing instructions.

  2. it could have Popeye.  Treat it IMMEDIATELY, for the sake of your fish.

Popeye is fatal.. it will cause the fishes eyes to pop and it will die... a not-so-pleasant death.  BUT IT CAN BE TREATED... so try to get it treated IMMEDIATELY with an antifungal and an antiparasitic.  Go to your local fish store for EXPERT advice.
