My budgie bites?

Question

Hi im trying to train my budgie. Before when ever i brought my hand close to him he would go away from it like he just take a few steps away but he wouldn't fly away. Now when i bring my hand close to him his face and head gets all fluffed up and he starts to bite my finger really HARD. He wont stop so can someone please help me thanks.

Well what i did was whenever they bite me i say "NO"

believe it or not it works!! That is how my bird got strained!

move slowly and dont reach overhand because its seen as a threat, maybe try to have some food in your palm
