Question:

My butt has always been big, will exercise shrink or firm it up?

Ever since I was a little kid I always had a bubble butt. I was VERY athletic when I was younger (I'd always be running around like a nut because of my ADHD), but my rear never shrunk (in third grade I once had a boy behind me in the lunch line tap on my shoulder and tell me just how BIG it was). Once I got older and started going through puberty my hips got very wide so my butt became... well a ghetto booty of sorts. However my exercise routine began to dwindle to nothing at all.

I'm 15 now and I asked my father to buy me an exercise bike in order to keep my weak muscles in shape... what I'm wondering is do you think exercising will make my butt shrink or will it just firm it up? I take great pride in it and... well I don't really want to loose it. So what do you think?

  1. An exercise bike will firm it up.  You may loose a little but not too much.  Running will shrink it unless you are running up hill.  You can also do squats and lunges to really get firm.


  2. nah, should be good, if it shrinks at all, it won't be a lot.
