My callers can't hear me.

I can hear them, they can't hear me. There is no headset just the phone.

ok, i can turn my jabra headset on and can hear people, wonderfully, but they cant hear me, i have like this buzzing noise, that fluxuates. like buzzzzzzzzzzzz pause buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz pause buzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
