happens only when the mini DV tape is in and either im recorgind or playing back any idea why and how to fix it my camcorder is a Panasonic

  1. try the direct power options! if it does it then call Panasonic, it may need service! if it works battery problem. i hope i understood the question! BIG-G,,,
